Two CAO Information Presentations for Mature Applicants are being organised by the rebranded Waterford Adult Educational Guidance Service (WAEGS) which was formerly known as the Regional Educational Guidance Service for Adults (REGSA).
Waterford Central Library is the location for a presentation designed for adults considering applying as mature applicants (aged 23 or over) through the CAO in 2019. The CAO 2019 Mature Applicant Presentation takes place on Wednesday 9 January 2019 at Waterford Central Library, Lady Lane, Waterford. Mature applicants can choose to come from two sessions: 11:30am – 1:00pm or 6:30pm- 8:00pm. Both presentations will include detailed information on applying through the CAO and completing the WIT Mature Applicant Assessment Form, with a questions and answers session at the end. No booking is required.
With the CAO deadline of 1st February fast approaching, mature applicants should not miss out on the invaluable tips and information which will be shared at this event. Peter Lucey Guidance Counsellor at Waterford Educational Guidance Service for Adults said “Making the right choices at CAO time is important and we’re delighted to be able to offer free advice and helpful tips for those considering coming to WIT or any other third level college. Anyone even considering going back to college should really come along. There’s no need to pre-register – they should just turn up for either the morning or evening session.”
