As part of the Well Festival of Arts and Wellbeing, Sound Meditation with John Barron takes place in Tramore Library.
Relax, restore and revive through the power of sound. John Barron, of Creation Sound Therapy, leads this session featuring the ancient healing art of sound meditation, with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and more.
