are delighted to invite you to join us and our Festival Partners Garter Lane and Waterford Healing Arts Trust online next Tuesday 15th September at 11:00am, to launch the programme of the 2020 Well Festival of Art & Wellbeing.
Libraries have always regarded themselves as places at the heart of their communities, welcoming all and helping to contribute to the local culture.
Waterford Libraries hopes that this year’s festival will continue to fire imaginations and start conversations about potential impact of the arts in these very different times.
