Aware are introducing a new Zoom Support & Self Care group this week in addition to the conference call Phone In groups which were introduced recently.
The Zoom Support & Self Care group is for people experiencing anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder and other mood related conditions – who would like to see others on video. Good wifi is necessary.
The purpose of these groups is for people to give and receive support and coping skills in relation to their mood related condition and feelings.
