Parenting when Separated – Tramore Library

October 4, 2018 to October 4, 2018 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tramore Library is hosting an information session on parenting when separated on Thursday 4 October from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

Family separation can put extra stress on both parents and children and brings new challenges.

This information session will provide some practical steps parents can take to help their children cope and thrive. The tutors will provide guidance for parents on coping successfully within their parenting role.

This gathering is facilitated by Carmel Connolly and Mags Drohan, Parents Plus Tutors.

For information and bookings please contact Tramore Library on 0761 102594.

This event is part of the Celebrating Parenting initiative of the Tramore Child & Family Support Network. It is a series of free talks & workshops for parents & guardians throughout the autumn.

Parenting resources can be found at Parenting24seven which is an online resource offering evidence based key messages on what works best for children and families at different stages of childhood and in different situations.
