Positive Mental Health Workshop – First Fortnight

Free Positive Mental Health Workshop at Central Library.

Waterford Libraries are delighted to partner with SpunOut.ie for First Fortnight to host a Positive Mental Health workshop for young adults, as part of the Healthy Ireland at Your Library program in Waterford Central Library on Wednesday 16 January at 4:15pm.

In the workshop, Kiki Martire, Outreach and Training Officer, SpunOut.ie will create an open discussion de-stigmatising mental health which has traditionally been cast in a negative light and look at steps to improve positive mental health.

Recognise common mental health dfficulties, learn activities on how to improve your wellbeing and build mental resilience, and openly discuss how we all can end mental health stigma.

The workshop is suitable for young people aged 13 – 18yrs.
