While Waterford is in Level 3 of the Government’s ‘Plan for Living with COVID-19′, seven branches in Waterford Libraries will offer a ‘Contact and Collect’ service. This will be in place from Wednesday 7th October 2020.
‘Contact and Collect’ is a way for you to order books and collect them from your local library when they are available.
