HSE Ireland will host a 5 week Ageing with Confidence course at Carrickphierish Library starting on Wednesday 12 February. The course runs on Wednesdays from 2:00pm -4:00pm each week and will cover such topics as Self-Confidence, Ageism, Physical and Psychological Aspects of Normal Ageing, Self-Knowledge and Stresses, the Emotional Self and Resilience in Later Life.
