Richard Shore Books, a Co. Waterford based children’s author launches his bedtime adventures for children on Saturday 14 June at the library in Dungarvan – bringing imaginative tales, and a story of helping ocean pollution.
‘Hurrahtum Adventures! Four Magical Tales’, features Poppy who lives by the sea who has amazing adventures with a cove and boat when she says the magic word “Hurrahtum!”
Stories in the collection include The Stranded Surfer, The Birthday Present, The Lost Seal, and The Tangled Tuna. The stories focus on caring for animals and the environment.
For every book sold, Richard will donate 5% of profits to Ocean Generation – a charity empowering an inclusive global movement to tackle ocean threats through science and storytelling.
