Psychotherapist and best-selling author Stella O’Malley comes to Ardkeen Library

Stella will give a talk on her latest book ‘Fragile – Why we feel more stressed, anxious and overwhelmed than ever, (and what we can do about it)’ in Ardkeen Library at 11:00 AM on Saturday 5th October 2019.

Stella O’Malley is a psychotherapist, bestselling author, and public speaker. Much of Stella’s counselling and writing focuses on mental health and the importance of well-being and she is a regular contributor to the Irish Independent, the Sunday Independent, Newstalk FM and Today FM.

Stella’s first bestselling book, ‘Cotton Wool Kids’, was released in 2015, while ‘Bully-Proof Kids: Practical tools to help kids grow up confident, resilient and strong’ was released in 2017. Stella’s new book ‘Fragile: Why we feel more stressed, anxious and overwhelmed than ever, (and what we can do about it), which focuses on overcoming anxiety and stress, was released by Gill Books on April 5 2019.
