Come along for a Free Morning of Family Fun
What: Face Painting, Balloons, Art and Crafts and Storytime.
Where: City Square Shopping Centre, Waterford. Hosted by Waterford Libraries.
When: Saturday 12th July between 10:30 am and 12:30pm.
Children under 12 years MUST be accompanied and supervised by a Parent/Guardian at all times.
