In this thoughtful workshop, participants will be guided through the process of meditation drawing, a gentle way to slow down and restore calm in the busy-ness of day-to-day life and will learn invaluable tools for managing stress and tapping into creativity.
Lucy has worked in the wellness industry for over two decades, she holds a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, a Degree in Applied Art and Psychology and a master’s in art therapy. Her work focused on wellbeing and creativity, eco arts and human design.
