Place and community are the critical components in making Waterford a great place to live and work. To assist our villages, towns and city to develop creative programmes that reflect community needs and that provide opportunities for access, participation and engagement, Creative Waterford Open Call 2020 will prioritize cross-sectoral, collaborative projects of a community origin / focus.
In support of this aim, Creative Waterford will host a number of “toolkit” workshops in villages, cities and towns during January which will assist individuals and groups to think about all aspects of planning community projects and applying for funding across a range of public funds.
Waterford Libraries are hosting workshops in Central Library and Lismore Library:
Waterford Central Library – Wednesday 29 January – 6:00pm
Lismore Library – Friday 31 January – 11:00am
Places are limited and booking is essential. Please contact Carmel at info@eventsbycarmel.com to book your place.
