Waterford City and County Libraries are delighted to invite migrant families to take part in an exciting new series of art workshops in January 2020 taking place in Waterford City Library, Dungarvan Library and Cappoquin or Tallow Library.
Waterford Libraries has been funded to facilitate a programme for migrant families to explore a range of cultural traditions and to capture this work in a specially commissioned book for children.
Migrant family groups are invited to participate in workshops at a number of local venues (Waterford City, West Waterford & Dungarvan) over a period of 3 weeks facilitated by artist Sean Corcoran.
Each facilitated session will be between 1-2 hours duration giving due attention to the age range and participation of the children and families. All materials will be provided by the artist.
