The Index Gallery, Waterford Central Library is delighted to host an exhibition of paintings by Bob Murphy a Waterford / Kilkenny artist. The exhibition opened on Wednesday 5th November and runs for two weeks during library opening hours.
Painting for over twenty years, following a chance gift of an acrylic painting kit from his sister-in-law, Bob’s work includes landscapes, animals, ships and some portrait work. He has been guided on the way by teachers such as Alfonso Santini, Fergus Dillion and Jon O’Donovan.
The public are warmly invited to view Bob Murphy’s exhibition, a comprehensive showcase of his work for the last number of years at the Index Gallery Central Library from Wednesday 5th to Wednesday 19th November.
