Waterford Libraries is delighted to invite all patrons and friends of the library to the celebration of the Launch of the Carrickphierish Community Campus on Friday 9th March from 1:30pm – 5:30pm.
The Community Campus consists of Carrickphierish Library, Carrickphierish Sports Hall, Gaelscoil na nDéise and Waterford Educate Together National School.
There will be lots of fun for all ages including a Basketball Blitz, Craft Workshops, the Big Bear Planetarium, Roald Dahl storytelling, Crazy Science experiments, Gracey’s Candy Cart, Ceol le Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, BEAT Fleet Presenter Party, Dancing, Stilt Walkers, Face Painting and lots more.
Come along to find out more about the Library, Sports Centre and all the new services Carrickphierish Community Campus provides for Waterford communities.

Please note: –
Car parking on the road near the Carrickphierish Campus is limited. Additional parking will be facilitated by a park and ride service from Waterford Greenway car park in Carriganore to Carrickphierish Campus.
Buses will run between 11:15am and 4:30pm. The Park and Ride service will be signposted.
