Central Library’s Christmas Intergenerational Coffee Morning
We’ve loved sharing our special highlights with everyone in our community and online throughout 2025.
We are delighted to share these wonderful photos from Central Library’s Christmas Intergenerational Coffee Morning. They truly capture the joy, laughter, and togetherness of the day, and reflect the welcoming atmosphere created by our hard working staff and our beautiful library building.
With approximately 230 attendees, the event was delivered in partnership with Europe Direct Waterford, Creative Waterford, U3A, Bealtaine Choir, Music Generation, St Declan’s Primary School and Newtown Secondary School. Cllr. Seamus Ryan, Mayor of Waterford City and County, was in attendance as well. As we look ahead, we’re really looking forward to welcoming you back into our lovely library in 2026. Until then, we wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
