Dance Yourself Free – Celebrating Movement and Challenging Ageism with Waterford Libraries and Europe Direct Waterford.
Older adults across Waterford are warmly invited to Dance Yourself Free in a series of joyful dance sessions with tutor Sinead Gould hosted by Waterford Libraries in partnership with Europe Direct Waterford.
These uplifting sessions invite participants to move, connect, and celebrate self-expression in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Dance Yourself Free aims to challenge ageism and promote positive ageing by encouraging older adults to enjoy the freedom and fun of dance no experience required!
Participants can choose from three sessions, each designed to inspire confidence, wellbeing, and community connection through movement. The sessions will have a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all older adults with gentle, enjoyable movement and an opportunity to connect with others and promote positive perceptions of ageing.
Free Events – Booking Essential.
