If you’re taken aback by technology or compounded by computers, the Adult Literacy for Life Digital Help Hub is for you.
The Digital Help Hub, a free pop-up service will be in Waterford throughout November and December to provide insightful tips and tricks to navigate the digital world.
WWETB Tutors will be available to help users understand technology better, and how to use digital devices (phone, tablet, laptop) skillfully and safely; for everything from surfing the internet safely, downloading apps, and staying connected with family and friends.
It will also provide practical advice and guidelines on how to fill in online forms, how to use egov.ie, mywelfare.ie, the National Childcare Scheme, Revenue, SUSI, Choice Based Letting for those on the housing list, and much more.
