Are you a first time Mum or Dad in the new role of parenting your baby?

Would you like some time out for you and your baby?

Would you like to meet other parents and gain information/support from each other and organisations supporting children and families in you community?

If so, then come along to a FREE HEALTH & WELLBEING TASTER WORKSHOP for you and your baby (aged 1 year or under) on Wednesday 31st March from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM online via zoom.

Gymboree Waterford will deliver a fun play workshop including songs, tactile awareness, sound play, tummy time activities & bonding with your baby. There will also be a chance to hear more about our online First Time Parents Health and Wellbeing Programme being organised by St. Brigid’s Family and Community Centre and Barnardos.
