Are you a first time Mum or Dad in the new role of parenting your baby?
Would you like some time out for you and your baby, meet other parents & gain support from Organisations in your local community?
St. Brigid’s Family & Community Centre and Barnardos have recently started a new Free online Waterford First Time Parents & Baby (aged 1 year and under) Health & Wellbeing Programme on Wednesday mornings from 10:30am – 11:30am via Zoom.
Week 3 of the programme on Wednesday 14th April at 10:30am focuses on Play, Sleep & Routines with your Baby.
The programme will continue weekly until 19th May with the aim of having Workshops/Guest Speakers on topics relevant to First Time Parents (e.g. looking after your Baby, Weaning, Paediatric First Aid, Physiotherapist, Returning to work/childcare etc.)
