Would you like some time out for you and your baby, meet other parents & gain support from Organisations in your local community?
St. Brigid’s Family & Community Centre and Barnardos have recently started a new Free online Waterford First Time Parents & Baby (aged 1 year and under) Health & Wellbeing Programme on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 am – 11:30 am via zoom.
Week 2 of the programme on Wednesday 7th April at 10:30 am will focus on a Parental Self Care & Wellbeing Workshop. (supported by Waterford Childcare Committee)
