In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to grow fresh, ‘fast-food’, flavour-packed microgreens from seed to harvest—all indoors and in just 1–2 weeks. This hands-on workshop covers the full process, from sowing to harvesting, including tips for healthy growth and troubleshooting.
All materials provided, including trays, growing medium, and seeds. Microgreens are perfect as garnishes, in salads, or added to meals for a nutritious boost.
