Come join us at Central Library on Thursday 15th May from 11:00am for ‘Hello, How Are You ?’ Day!
Enjoy a cuppa, some sweet treats, and a performance by our amazing Bealtaine choir, featuring songs and spoken word.
This day is all about connecting with others and taking time to have open conversations about mental health. It’s a great chance to meet new people, enjoy some uplifting music, and brighten someone’s day by simply saying hello.
Making these kinds of connections can help reduce loneliness, improve mental wellbeing, and create new friendships. We’d love to see you there!
