FREE Four Week course: Introduction to 3D Printing for Secondary School Students
Waterford Libraries have secured funding through Creative Ireland to run a four week 3D Printing Course at Central Library in Lady Lane, Waterford City on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00pm -5:00pm from 16 October – 6 November. This is an excellent opportunity for interested secondary school students to experience new technology, no experience is necessary only an enthusiasm to learn.
As part of the Introduction to 3D Printing course, students will have the opportunity to:
– Work on a specially tailored project
– Learn how to use design software
– Print their final piece in 3D
Places are limited and booking is essential. Students must be free to attend all four weeks.
For bookings contact Central Library on 0761 10 2975.
