We’re thrilled to launch our new Children’s Library Card for all our young members who join up this Summer!
Our new library mascot was designed by Wayne O’Connor, a digital artist whose work is chiefly inspired by his love of Myth, Fantasy and Folklore. Wayne is also a storyteller and arts educator, who works regularly in libraries and schools around the country. Our Children’s Library card introduces our new library mascot, created by Wayne with library staff.
Now, we need YOUR help in giving Our Mascot a name!
The winning entrant will receive a €100 Gift Voucher PLUS an interactive workshop for their class/ school in September with Wayne.
Pick up a competition entry form at any branch of Waterford Libraries, or download a copy of the entry form here.
Return your completed form to any branch of Waterford Libraries.
