Pick up a My Little Library bookbag for FREE at your Local Library for children starting school in September!
Is your child making the big jump from pre-school to primary school? Your child can now collect a free My Little Library Book Bag from your local branch of Waterford Libraries.Children finishing pre-school and beginning primary school in September are invited to visit their local library and collect a free Little Library Book Bag.
Each bag includes:
– Two books about starting school and making friends
– A My Little Library wallet for their new library card
– Tips and helpful info for parents
Bags are available in both Irish and English.
Part of the #First5 strategy, the Little Library bookbags are a collaboration between public libraries, the Department of Rural and Community Development, and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
