Providing a relaxed and fun online environment for parents, grandparents/carers and children from birth up to 4 years old.

This Tuesday 22nd June, Tracy Boland (who has practiced yoga for over 25 years) will facilitate a ‘Family Yoga & Wellbeing workshop’ where she will focus on bringing connection and bonding between you and your child. No experience necessary as it will be a gentle & enjoyable introduction to yoga, meditation and overall wellbeing!
Come along and enjoy some play/sensory workshops with your child as well as the opportunity to connect with other parents in the community and keep up to date on topics of interest.
There is no charge for the group but places are limited.
