17 participants joined Aileen Drohan to learn about growing microgreens at home, no garden needed!
Aileen, a Software Research Engineer with Walton Institute , informed them of the nutritional value as well as the intense flavours of these young edible plants. Participants went home armed with microgreen seeds, trays and instructions to kick start their own adventure growing, nurturing, and using microgreens as garnishes in salads or as added flavour to dishes.
Congrats to Aileen Drohan for another successful and engaging workshop with very positive feedback!
