The exercises are ideal for house-bound people of any age or fitness and can be done at any time with little or no equipment. There is no need to change into gym gear. All you need is a mat and some space.
PhysioNow is a network of chartered physiotherapist clinics, operating across Dublin and online. During the lockdown, they developed a series of online ‘Physio-Pilates’ classes, which combined the principals of Physiotherapy and Pilates and has since become very popular with companies and individuals.

Colette O’Flynn, B. Physio, M.I.S.C.P., Lic. Ac., is a chartered physiotherapist, a licensed acupuncturist and a Pilates instructor. Her work features regularly on RTE television, online, and in newspapers and magazines. She works with prestigious companies, including ESB, Irish Life, Sure Skills & Cooney Carey, and has a long list of celebrity clients, from TV presenters to novelists, Olympians to Oscar winners.
Colette was educated at University College, Dublin, the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath, and the British College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She spent ten years with Dublin’s Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and was the Physiotherapist In Charge of the Mater’s renowned Hydrotherapy Department.
A former nationally ranked athlete, who represented both Connacht and Dublin, Colette is also a qualified personal trainer and sports coach. She runs physiotherapy clinics in Dublin and travels widely to teach Pilates sessions and seminars.
