Members of Suir Active Retirement Group, Waterford showcasing the beautiful hand knitted and crocheted blankets for patients from newborn to adult as well as patients undergoing chemotherapy.





Spokesperson for the group Helen Wall said, “Knitting or crochet were never on some members agenda, but they have now surpassed themselves. We really appreciate Central Library providing a space for our group. Unfortunately, cancer has touched most people in our country & we hope our blankets will give some little comfort”.
