Breeda is a Menopause Educator, Workplace Wellness Consultant, bestselling Author and Founder of the Midlife Women Rock Project and Cafes. She has been working in the Menopause space since 2019 and has worked with hundreds of women enabling them to manage their menopause years positively and pro-actively. Breeda is passionate about ensuring all women understand menopause and themselves during these years.
Lifestyle changes, Movement, Nutrition, Alternative therapies, and HRT Will all be discussed.
During this event, there will be a ‘MIND your BODY and CONNECT with yourself’ taster yoga introduction from Waterford Sports Partnership, with priority to sign up for a free yoga programme for all attendees.
