Understanding Migraines – Free Online Webinar with Migraine Ireland
In this webinar, Migraine Ireland will cover the general understanding of migraines, their self-management and support, dispelling the myths about migraines, and what resources and supports are available.

Understanding Migraines: describing the migraine as a complex neurological condition with a range of symptoms, including visual disturbances (aura), nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound.
Self-Management and Support, how to manage migraines by:
• Identifying Triggers
• Treatment Options
• Coping Strategies
Dispelling Myths: correcting the common misconceptions about migraines.
Resources and Community: resources and supports available through Migraine Ireland, such as their information line, publications, and online community platforms.
