Celebrate European Sustainable Development Week at Central Library with Europe Direct Waterford.
Marianne Heaphy, Design and Upcycling Expert, from the Revamp Tramp and RTÉ’s The Salvage Squad will show us how to prep, prime, paint and decoupage an upcycled locker. We will talk about stenciling, use of frog tape, glazing, distressing with plenty of time for questions and answers.
