Come along to this fun upcycling workshop and learn how to breathe new life into your clothes. Bring along items that need repair or attention and we will discuss ideas and possibilities. In the first part of the workshop, we will discuss altering hems, altering or removing sleeves, decreasing and increasing waistbands and tips and tricks to improve fit.
Then you will get the opportunity to tackle your upcycle project under expert guidance and with the use of sewing machine, sewing tools and accessories.
Facilitator: Caroline O’ Toole, Fashion Graduate, Sewing Skills tutor and Childrenswear designer.
