Have you ever wondered where our toys come from or where they go after we are done with them?
Come to our toy repair workshop and learn all about the hidden life of toys.
The workshop will let you know about the environmental impact of toys, motivate you to rehome, repair and reuse your pre-loved toys. You will examine how we use and dispose of toys and their environmental impacts. The aim is to provide you with solutions on how to actively counteract the negative impact of toys on the environment. You will also explore solutions to these issues and learn about how their actions can help.
The workshop features a range of hands-on activities to show children how to repair toys and demonstrates inventive toy reuse.
Best suited to children of 8 – 12 years old, accompanied by an adult.
